Weekly Circle of Protection

Every day 100’s of immigrants come from all over the state of Florida and must check in to ICE Miramar. They begin to line up at 4 am and must stand outside in the sun, the cold, the rain, without shelter, restrooms, parking, or access to food or water.
The Circle of Protection consist of group of activists that includes Friends of Miami-Dade Detainees, United We Dream, Women Working Together Usa, United Families, Broward for Progress Indivisible and others who each week bear witness to the inhumanity occurring in Miramar.
Join us each week to provide comfort with self-donated water, coffee, donuts or snacks and friendship. 
Cada día, cientos de inmigrantes provienen de todo el estado de Florida y deben registrarse en ICE Miramar. Comienzan a hacer fila a las 4 a.m. y deben pararse afuera en el sol, el frío, la lluvia, sin refugio, baños, estacionamiento o acceso a comida o agua.
El Círculo de Protección consiste en un grupo de activistas que incluye a los detenidos de Friends of Miami-Dade, United We Dream, Women Working Together Usa, United Families, Broward for Progress Indivisible y otros que cada semana dan testimonio de la inhumanidad que se vive en Miramar.
Únase a nosotros cada semana para proporcionar comodidad con agua, café, donas o bocadillos y amistad donados por usted mismo.
