El seminario busca expandir el concepto de violencia de género para que sea más inclusivo explorando las diversas formas de violencia que enfrentan las mujeres de color en sus respectivos contextos sociopolíticos y culturales. Por ejemplo\, a lo largo de la ruta migratoria\, en los países de origen\, aquí en EE. UU.\, etc. \nEl seminario ofrecerá un enfoque intersecciónal para discutir la violencia de género como una forma de explorar las dimensiones e implicaciones sociales\, raciales\, y económicas de la justicia de género.
